Our company is selling the following:

The working site in Horia township, Tulcea County.
(Timber factory with 2 vertical frame saw lines )

Location:

The central area of Tulcea County on D.N. 22D on the Horia township,
entry coming from Macin.

It extends on a 31.582 square meters area of which 25.430 square meters
in the company's propriety and 6.152 square meters of rented area, with the
following buildings and constructions:

- Administrative building (10 rooms) 322 sq meters;
- Thermal central building 120 sq meters;
- Shed-storehouse 161 sq meters;
- Maintenance shop and stock building 173 sq meters;
- 5 production halls (ex-stables) 7819 sq meters;
- Concrete platform (ex-silo for forage) 2250 sq meters;
- Fence with wooden panels on metal pipe pillars 960 sq meters

The area is the administrator's personal propriety, which they put to the
company's use .

In the fabrication hall no.5 (1427 sq meters) there are installed and functioning the following machinery and equipment items intended for the primary wood processing:

- 2 vertical saw lines ( 700 mm and 560 mm openings ) german fabrication,
- 2 circular saws with pendulum for chopping;
- 2 circular saws for shearing;
- 2 circular saws for splitting;
- 1 automatic machine for sharpening circular saw and saw line blades;
- 2 motor-saws;
- installations and electrical networks for force and illumination;
- exhauster installation with cyclone and a bunker for sawdust evacuation
- inventory objects, machines and accessories - necessary in the primary wood processing process.

The fabrication lines are supplied with logs with the help of a wagon that
is rolling on a Decauville line.

Log loading on the wagon is made with a crane mast, electrically powered ,
installed in front of the fabrication hall.

Near the fabrication hall is the log storehouse. The log transport an manipulation to the loading ramp is made with the IFRON frontal fork loader.

The Maintenance shop is stored with an horizontal lathe , drilling machine
a jaw vice and other machinery and specific tools.

The working site also has available: 1 SAVIEM auto truck , for sawdust evacuation
and 1 DACIA 1300 automobile for supplies and local transport.

The personnel and working hours

At the Horia working site there are 16 qualified workers , 1 chief foreman , 1 accountant, and 1 watchman. There is only one 8 hour shift, sometimes
prolonged to 10 hours when necessary.

Production capacity

The wooden mass resources are assured from the Forestry Direction of
Tulcea, and from the subdivisions in : Cerna, Ciucurova and Niculitel based on
wood exploitation contracts that our company has with private companies in
Tulcea county like: SC BIDIDIA SRL Tulcea, SC SILVOPROD SRL Fantana
Mare, SC GEO&UCEJ SRL Niculitel, SC FERANNI M SRL Ciucurova, etc.
The medium transport distance from the forests varies between 20 and 35 km.
